Plant Health Guarantee

We proudly stand behind the health & quality of the products we carry. Each delivery is inspected when we receive it. We also regularly check our plants as well as release predator insects such as ladybugs, nematodes, and predatory mites. We encourage you to inspect all plants before purchasing to ensure that things are up to your standards. 

In the event that you purchase a plant, but find an issue, please contact us within 24-hours with photograph or video of the matter at hand. If pests or disease are present, we are happy to provide a refund or replacement. However, beyond the 24-hour time period, all sales become final.  Once living product leaves our facility, there are just too many factors that become out of our control. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges beyond the 24-hour period. 

Refund Policy

The Plant Project has a no refund or exchange policy.  All sales are final at the time of purchase. By making a purchase with us, you acknowledge and accept this policy. This applies to all sales run through our store including vendor items, ticket sales, and other products.  

Custom & Special Order Policy

We are happy to fulfill custom & specialty orders so our customers receive exactly what they are looking for. All specialty orders require a deposit of 50% of the order total at the time the order is placed. The remaining balance is due in full prior to receipt of product or services. 

Pick-up & Delivery Policy

Pick-Up: When placing an order for pick-up, please wait to receive your "Order Ready" message before coming to the shop. Once your order has been prepared, you may pickup 7 days a week between 10a-6p at 7413 E Trent Ave, Spokane Valley. 

Delivery: Deliveries are made on Wednesdays for purchases made by the prior Tuesday night. Orders received on Wednesdays will be added to the route for the following week. Delivery destinations must be within the city limits of the city of SPOKANE or SPOKANE VALLEY. Deliveries requested outside this aread will not be able to be fulfilled. Please note, we are unable to provide an exact delivery time. If you think the plants may be outside in cold temperatures, please purchase a heat pack. The Plant Project will make every effort to wrap the plants, but these are not packed for shipment or extreme temperatures. We are not responsible for damage or theft of items once left at the destination.
